Specific Resume is a web service that generates a resume customized to a single job posting. The user inputs a job title, target company and copies the job description; the system parses the description, extracts required skills and keywords, and maps them to the user's work history. An AI model then assembles a one‑page layout that places a “key qualifications” block at the top, followed by sections ordered to match the recruiter’s 5‑8 second scan pattern. The workflow shows a processing screen, builds an outline PDF, and offers a downloadable PDF. The product was built from interviews with 23 in‑house recruiters and validated in a blind test where the tailored template achieved the highest short‑list rate among equally qualified candidates. All content is derived from the applicant’s actual experience; no fabricated data is added.
