Teams can no longer see what AI assistants tell customers about their brand, product or competitors. AnswerLine returns the actual answers with cited sources, per country, through one API.
AnswerLine is a web‑based service that exposes a single API endpoint for submitting arbitrary user prompts. When a request arrives, the backend forwards the prompt to a configurable large language model (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and captures the generated response. It then runs a parallel web‑search using the original prompt, collects the top result URLs, fetches the page content, and extracts the relevant text snippets. The service packages the LLM answer together with a list of source URLs and extracted excerpts, returning a JSON payload to the caller. The system includes a developer dashboard that shows live engine health, usage metrics, and a weekly brand leaderboard. Authentication is handled via API keys, and the API reference provides field definitions for the response object. Pricing starts with 500 free credits and scales via a paid tier.
