BuzzWire is a web service that automates Instagram direct messages using the official Meta Graph API. It listens for three trigger types—comment keywords, DM keywords, and story replies—then sends a templated DM to the user who initiated the interaction. The flow builder lets the user define the trigger phrase, the message template (with spintax, personalization tokens, and a single external link), and optional email/name capture fields. Each outbound DM is paced with random delays and rate caps to stay within Instagram’s limits, and a hard 1‑DM‑per‑person‑per‑24h cooldown is enforced. Safety checks block prohibited content, URL shorteners, and multiple links, while an auto‑pause monitors policy signals and opt‑out rates. The free tier provides unlimited triggers and messages; a paid Pro tier adds follower gating, CSV export of captured leads, and removal of branding.
