It eliminates the need to manage Word contracts across disparate storage, manually email each file for signature, and manually track signing status, by offering a unified online hub that handles storage, signing requests, and real‑time status tracking with built‑in security.
XignDoc is a web‑based service that lets users store, edit, and electronically sign Microsoft Word files in a single online repository. Users upload existing documents or create new ones directly in the interface, then add recipient email addresses to initiate a signing request. The platform records when a recipient opens the file and logs each signature event, providing a timestamped audit trail. Documents remain accessible from the central dashboard, where users can view status, download versions, or amend content before further signing. Security is enforced through AES‑256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for transmission, and signer identity is verified via email challenge or optional ID checks. Additional capabilities include bulk sending to multiple signers, configurable alerts, legally‑recognised signature formats, and optional white‑label branding.
