The Problem

StartupKit is a web‑based system that combines hiring pipelines, security bug‑bounty handling, employee training records, and outbound outreach under a single account. Each participant—candidate, researcher, or trainee—receives a private magic link that opens a role‑specific portal on the company domain without requiring a password. The platform stores all actions (interview scheduling, stage changes, bounty approvals, training completions) in a shared data store that can be queried or updated by integrated AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Hiring features include resume extraction, code assignment links, interview calendar sync with Google Calendar, and ready‑made role templates. Security tools ingest reports, enforce SLA timers, allow bounty approval with ledger credit, and export audit data. The training module records course progress and exports completion registers for auditors. An optional outreach add‑on researches prospects, drafts emails, and requires manual approval before sending. Integrations cover Slack, GitHub, Google Meet, webhooks, and any MCP‑compatible client, enabling agents to read or modify records based on scoped tokens.
