Virtual Staging (virtual-staging.app) is a listing-preparation tool for rental agencies and property managers. Upload up to 20 room and exterior photos (JPG, PNG or HEIC) and choose an edit for each: furniture placement, furniture removal, blue-sky replacement or photo correction. Windows, walls, floors and views are never changed, and every edited image carries a burned-in CG disclosure so listings do not mislead tenants. The original photos are always included. The tool also builds a 9:16 property video for Reels, TikTok or LINE and writes a portal-ready description in Japanese with English and Chinese reference translations. Everything exports as a single ZIP named by property ID. The target is about 15 minutes per property. You can generate three images a day free after login with no card; the Vacancy Listing Pack costs ¥2,480 (excl. tax) for 10 images with no expiry, and invoice payment is available.
