Wisegrid is a web‑based spreadsheet that treats each sheet as the source of truth while adding application‑level features. Users edit rows with familiar Excel‑compatible formulas; the system automatically rolls up data into live dashboards, generates reports, and drives multi‑step automations triggered by row changes, dates, or new rows. Forms are built as multi‑page, conditional‑logic pages whose submissions become rows. Permissions are private by default and can be scoped to projects, sheets, or individual views, with SSO and MFA support. AI functions are exposed as =AI() formulas such as CLASSIFY, EXTRACT and SUMMARIZE, consuming a fixed $5 credit per month and stopping when exhausted. The platform supports cross‑sheet references, up to 500 per sheet, imports from Excel, a self‑serve migration tool, and scales to 1 000 000 cells per sheet with capacity warnings. Conflict detection prompts users to keep, discard, or merge overlapping row edits, and nightly off‑site backups are retained.
